If that's good 3rd time, he has obviously not learned his lesson. You'd think after the second one he'd never touch a beverage if driving, but he couldn't care less about other innocent people who he might injure.

And for the record the press statement is horribly worded. It wasn't an "unfortunate mistake", it was a terrible lapse in judgment by a leader of young men.

Clearly no one on staff saw the signs
In this man's world, drinking and comraderie might be the norm. I'll assume we all have friends that step over the limit but how many of us jump in to intervene? That being said, two DUIs is enough for attention, but how many knew he had those DUIs. Third time and it's plastered all over the news. No hiding it anymore if the first two weren't highly publicized. The dude has an irresponsible drinking problem and now everyone knows it.
