This stuff happens ALL of the time with people in power. The more lucrative the job, the less you will see your family and the more attractive you are to underlings. You will spend 100x more time with a staff at the school than your own wife, who is probably spending all of her time with the kids and just wants to ***** at you when you have a tiny bit of time off. I remember watching a clip about a top high school coach in Texas. From July to January, he got home every night at 10 pm, and left the next morning at 4:30. And the rest of the year he was working until 6 or 7. Just stop having families if you want to make millions of year and spend all your time coaching.
