Love the play so far. Both teams are very athletic. Love the ball movement and skilled shooting. The announcers just said matchup of storied programs. Outside of the "Fab 5" how is Michigan "storied"? They didn't even win the tournament when they had those guys.

Not sure that Michigan can survive this scoring drought. I hope so. Need to start putting the rock in.

While I don't put Michigan in the same category as say Kansas or Duke, I consider them on the fringe of a storied program and even though the Fab 5 didn't win a title, they were so badass and different at the time and they still resonate with people today, that I understand why somebody would say it's a storied program. .

I don't see how I repeated anything. Just saying that they didn't win in 1999, but clarifying that they had won a title which I was unaware of.

I wasn't referring the Fab 5 won the national title either simply that Michigan won the national title in1989..

Simple misunderstanding between us. Winking

I don't think the poster you quoted said anything about 1999.

Hey! We all have our moments. Unfortunately, most of mine are documented on the web for all eternity. :p

I'm laughing with you. I've reached the point I can't read $#@% on a phone screen without glasses. Could have been me. Laughing

Michigan getting in a run! I can see myself rooting for Louisville later if they move on. Just not ready to do it yet.

Hopefully, Michigan doesn't end the 2nd half like they did the first.

Wagner needs to work on his free throws. Sound familiar? :p He's no Dirk, but he does have a good inside game.

Michigan St knocks off KU the Midwest region will turn into a B1G tournament...

I still like Oregon to reach the Final 4.
