Rossi was DC when Harsymiak was DB coach at Maine. When Rossi left for Rutgers, Harsymiak became DC and then Head Coach at Maine.

Seems a lot of people jumping ship from Row the Boat.

.. And, seeing that MSU already hired their OC, Simon will likely stay on with Fleck and keep the Rutgers connection intact.

It's impressive to see Smith putting together a staff rather efficiently. Although, I'm not sure just how good his staff is/will be. Evidently, good enough to pay him $6 million in base pay for the next 7 years. That is, before MSU donors and their AD figures out a way to fire him in 2 years "for cause."
