Early in the 4th quarter, Percy Harvin had a HUGE 53 yard run into OU territory. After being knocked out of bounds, Harvin tossed the ball into the air. Now I have ABSOLUTELY NO problem with that, but earlier in the year we saw Jake Locker, QB for Washington, penalized for do the exact same thing. A penalty which cost Locker's team the game. The PAC-10 officials justified their call by saying they were following NCAA rules. Do the ACC officials that worked this game now say they made a mistake according to NCAA rules????
