That's all I care about.

Money Mike was trying to be QB. That's an entirely different situation.

My message was deleted when the separate threads were merged. I was just cracking a joke. I had actually commented that I was glad this guy was PK prospect and not a QB.

First of all, I was half way joking.

But seriously, it is not that he is a kicker. It is the fact this is all a MSU website can up with to post about during the height of recruiting. It is the fact the website owner does not have enough sense, along with his counter part a few years ago, to look at a picture and see it is unflattering to all involved. Does the boy not have another photo? Did the website even think to ask for one?

I wasn't the one saying he's too small to play football... but if we're talking about kickoffs, I want 11 guys out there who could tackle somebody. It's pretty common for a kicker to have to make a tackle. That's really the only concern.

4 were made by kickers, 5 if we count Heath Hutchins.

Brauchle had one tackle. So kickers were involved in 6.45% of the tackles on kickoffs.

Edited because I didnt see HD6's post and also to say I completely agree that it doesnt matter one bit what the kicker is built/looks like.

Maybe he kicks it out the back of the endzone every time and knows he'll never have to tackle anyone. Maybe he is a black belt and loves to be the last chance guy. Wax on wax off.

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and say that you were scarred by the Croom era ST's and Amos Jones. I won't drag Reed Stringer into this since he was forced to coach something that he wasn't qualified for.
