I think it has more to do with where he plays. If he was on a team with a big time star at the SF spot he could complement them well. If he had a role where he was counted on to slash and take advantage of teams double teaming a superstar he could thrive. He cant be a focal point of your offense but he is one of the most athletic two guards in the league.

His defense is a big time liability. No defending him there.

Brandon Jennings is a monster at scoring and he plays point. Doesn't make sense for him to dish it out to his 2. It's the exact same reason Golden State dished him. He needs to end up in a place with a PG who passes more than shoots. Indiana, Knicks, or Memphis would be legit. If the Clippers deal Bledsoe that could happen too.

He wasn't sent to Milwaukee for any other reason than to run out his contract and become a FA.

Can he not be a focal point in the offense when he comes off the bench? Let him be a volume shooter/scorer when you are giving your primary offensive weapon a break, keep him under control otherwise. May be too expensive to fill that role, but seems like that would be a great asset for a contender that is mainly reliant on one shot creator or that just typically goes into stalls periodically on offense.
