Thoughts? Personally I think we can be competitive with them. Does that mean we can pull off the huge upset? No... probably not. But who knows, IMG North and Mooresville have a pretty heated rivalry. Anything can happen in those rivalry games.

We cannot afford to fall behind 13-0 in the first 5 mins again. We done that already.... twice. Defense is going to have to tighten up, especially compared to last week. We do get our top WR back this week so that should be helpful. Go Big Blue!

No offense intended towards my friends at Mo-Town, but I think it will be a huge task to beat Hough.
I could be wrong, but I think it could be a score of around 34-14 Hough

But good luck Mo-Town!!!

Everyone on Hough looked good during their previous cupcake tour. Rubber finally met the road. They play Mallard Creek & Vance back to back....

Yeah hes 6ft3 200lbs n run a sub 4.5....they will find a spot for him...dont care if its WR...hell move him 2 defense n play LB.

Strong kid with great feet. He could translate to alot of spots. Very long arms.30lbs and a red shirt year and he could chase QBs versus being chased.

Mooresville was able to get pretty consistent pressure on their QB. He didn’t make very good throws. Missed a couple open passes but really he was under far more pressure than I expected we would be able to put him under. And I think he got rattled. Best play he made was his 30 TD run on 4th and 1... I thought he may have been hurt on the play, it looked like he was grabbing his hammy was he was running in but guess it was just a cramp.

Us losing our RB changed that game entirely. Idk if we would have won but I think we had a real shot if we didn’t lose him. And it was clear the coaches weren’t fully trusting of the back ups... they were used pretty sparingly. As for the injury I think it was a sprained ankle... not sure how bad. But I heard he could have came in but they didn’t think he would have been effective on that ankle and held him out.

But big props to our defense... they **** Hough down. Even in a game where field position was never in our favor. And special teams blocked two kicks.

Lol HE CANT THROW!! If u keep him bottled in and stay disciplined with ur passrush so he cant run...that's it!!! A well coached team will beat a team of stars any day.

I think we proved that point today. Didn’t win but we took his legs away for the most part

He left 71st to play at jack britt .He split time between qb and wide receiver before going to Hough. He should be shining with all the talent at Hough

Maybe if he would have stayed at one school, matured, taken some consistent coaching and worked his craft he may be better. Hard to maximize your ability playing in 3 different systems in 3 years. But maybe he didn't have that option.

A few parents over at Vance was talking 2 his dad about coming over here. Brand was looking forward 2 developing him I talked 2 him about the kid. Looks like Hough didnt develop him....who knows how good he would have developed if he did come....oh well.

This is his 2nd year at Hough. Let's hope its a bad game. The folks at Hough will be upset with all the talent and Maye left for Meyers Park.
