Hate the season ended as soon as it did, but man What a year… if you had told me before the season we would be 10-2 and conference champs, I’d have laughed and told you we were a year ahead of schedule. That was what I thought we would do in 2023. It was great to see the community be this excited for football again, pair that with what we have cooking in hoops…. Fun times.
as for 2023…fully expect a similar season. I think we will be a much better team than we were this season. We return all but 1 starter on defense. We had a lot of sophomores and juniors on that side this year. Offense we bring back half of the line. But add a LOT more size from our 9-1 JV team (actually more size on both sides of the ball). The only real hole is what we do at QB. We graduate a senior… and not sure we had much of a back up; as the back up was playing WR this year. Whoever gets that spot might get it uncontested lol
I’d expect us to play mostly the same schedule… the exception being Providence. I’d imagine that gets replaced with someone… what ya got goin on Catholic? Lol
