As usual we lost the pregame eye test. As expected the D played well. Surprised the O put up 31. Mooresville is huge and they dress about 25 coaches. They’ll be around in the playoffs

LMAO...When #6, #0 and #1 walk out for the coin toss the eye test is over. Nobody on the Mooresville team looked anywhere close to that trio.

When I watch Mooresville scrimmage Hickory I saw some concern about the line. But I thought well it’s just scrimmage give it time

Self inflicting wounds haunted Mooresville with Penalties, Offensively never got going an I felt we went away from the run which had some success esp going to the outside. Mooresville didnt make plays late n Weddington did, Weddington did simple stuff they did a SWING pass behind the line of scrimmage and also a shuffle pass screen when Mooresville did a blitz so Weddington coaching was on POINT this game

Weddington is Weddington.

Only thing i will say I HATE HOW THEY PLAY MUSIC JUST BEFORE THE BALL IS SNAP. THATS WHY IT SO HARD TO PLAY/WIN AT WEDDINGTON!

Mooresville will need to be more consistent on offense if they want to be able to play with the big boys. Credit them with scheduling upper tier opponents. I’m sure they found out a lot about themselves last night.

Next week Mooresville should have easier game with Sun Valley. Then it’s at Mooresville.
