SACS will do nothing other than let them make changes. They should close them down but won't. They were already on probation and violated that.
SACS will never strip accreditation from a major university. It simply won't happen. They will continue to apply pressure until UL makes the moves SACS wants to see. That's it.
Maybe they need to have a party for SACS at Minardi?
Was thinking the same. Other universities with a lot less clout have been in bad shape before and not lost accreditation. Any examples of a school being forced from the NCAA for losing their accreditation?
Wasn't UNC also in trouble with SACS?
UL is going to wind up falling on the sword and being the "example" for both the NCAA and SACS so that UNC can continue to fly under the radar.
They could call it the "SEX for SACS HoeDown".Maybe they need to have a party for SACS at Minardi?
Lol at "strip" and "UL" in this context, while SACS sounds like SEX.SACS will never strip accreditation from a major university. It simply won't happen. They will continue to apply pressure until UL makes the moves SACS wants to see. That's it.
Nobody should take SACS seriously after they let UNC off the hook for 20+ years worth of sham classes.
Has local media picked this story up? I know everyone is laughing right now, but this appears to be something they should be covering, no?
They could call it the "SEX for SACS HoeDown".
How anyone could go out in public displaying paraphernalia (jerseys, hats, tee shirts, car stickers, license plates. . . ) supporting that dung-filled cesspool is totally beyond comprehension!
