LSU has been in the top of the country in recruiting for going on 10 yrs straight now. The had what everyone considers a disaster last year and won 9 games. They will win 7 games just b/c they have far superior talent and will then win two or 3 more on top of that.

I believe this will be Miles last year, because they will only win 7-8 games. Is that falling off by LSU standards, YES. Is it falling off by MSU standards, no we would consider that a successful year based off of our past ten years. Am I willing to bet that LSU will only win 7-8 games, no because you never know until the games are played. I just do not believe Miles is a good coach, the National Championship he won was with Saban's players, and what has Miles done since with the same talent level. No National Championships. I also believe that he has one of the worst QB's in Jefferson that he has ever had. That being said not positive that it is completely Jeffersons fault, possibly he has a horrible offensive line. At any rate LSU will have another down year this year, and I think it will cost Les Miles his job.

Their passing game (and Chad Jones) is the main thing that kept them in it, considering they ran for less than 3 yards per carry. I do remember that part.

so the field was very very wet. Didn't rain during the game. This game was the one that really tore up the grass all over campus. But I'm with you, I didn't really see any crazy slipping/sliding or anything. LSU still hit some long passes on us, so Coach is a little off with this - I mean, ****, Toast and Anderson were still starting back then. His fellatio of LSU is dumb.

I know you're an LSU fan too, but their offense sucked last year. It wasn't the rain that caused them to suck against MSU.

An opportunistic defense and special teams group helped them out a whole lot, but it didn't change the fact that LSU was DEAD LAST in total offense in the SEC last year. That's rain, shine, wind, snow, whatever, DEAD LAST.

LSU is not an 8-4 at worst team. They could get there, but I think they are more like a 9-3 at best team, with 6-6 as a worst case scenario, though I'm hoping for 5-7 personally.

They'll lose to UNC, MSU, UF, AU, UA, OM, & Ark. Their QB returns, but he's not very good. Their RB returns, but he wears cement-filled shrimp boots. Their WRs are excellent. They will have 4 new starters on the OL/TE. On defense, they only bring back 4 starters.

They could end up 7-5, but I think they will have quit by the final 2 games.
