and if we would have made more, no doubt it would have put us in better position to win. But we came out in the second half very flat and played the entire half not to lose. Then with 4 minutes left, we tried to milk the clock. We do not have the offensive players to play conservatively. We kicked butt in the first half because of intensity and aggresiveness and when we went into a shell, we allowed Kansas to play their game.

I love Huggins but coaching cost us this game. Kansas also had many problems such as no outside shooting and injured players but they made adjustments to make up for the negatives. We did not.

these young kids are still learning how to win....either Browne or Staten would have made a big difference.....at times we had all freshmen and sophs on the floor....good times ahead
