Moultrie's consistency is amazing.

He never has a bad game and he shoots free throws like Larry Bird.

At the other end of the spectrum, we need Dee to find his shot ASAP if we are to have any chance against Baylor.

His game seems to be as complete as anyone I've seen here in awhile. I feel confident Dee will bring it against Baylor

and it doesnt go away with just a couple days rest- he would need a month off to get well, and he damn sure wouldnt be playing 30 minutes a night

Periodic rest is better than no rest, as it's the only thing that can really make it go away...and it is generally fine once fully warmed up....so once Moultrie gets going, he probably doesn't feel it much.<div>
</div><div>The fact that you're convinced Moultrie was suspended for 3 non-consecutive games, leading our head coach, Moultrie, and the rest of the team/athletic administration to come up with a super secret plan to fool everyone, when every other suspension he's handed out has been called a suspension, makes you an idiot.</div><div>
</div><div>I'm surprised they didn't announce Bryant was resting due to severe lacerations to the face and bandage him all up, considering all this genius plotting we're doing.</div>

I believed it wasn't true for too long as well but Moultrie and Sid sitting out after the NYC trip was 2 game suspensions handed down from Stans where he could pick and choose which games and they had to sit. Ive heard it from too many people in the know.Brian Bryant missing those games was the same type of deal. Do I believe Moultrie has tendinitis in his knees? Yes. Do I believe he sat because of skipping too much class? Yes and he could have gone if it weren't from a suspension

The suspensions were all similar, so we labeled Bryant's a suspension and hid the reason for Sidney and Moultrie, in fact lying about it? Makes sense.

doesn't miss another game, it will forever be a myth here.<div>
</div><div>Here's what I think. I don't think it was a suspension, but Coach and company have a good point in that there are 2 things at play here:</div><div>
</div><div>1. Nothing has been said outside of the missed game announcements of Moultrie's apparent "knee problems." Looking at it from the outside, it kind of makes sense. Red flags immediately go up when all of a sudden, they make an announcement of a chronic knee condition Moultrie has had right before he misses 3 random games, where prior to those missed games, it has NEVER once been mentioned. </div><div>
</div><div>2. Also, Stansbury has been on the hot seat with discipline issues. Last year, there were a combined total of suspensions (between NCAA and in-house) of more games than a regular basketball season, PLUS the Hawaii fiasco where two teammates fought each other on national tv. That, along with an issue of annual transfers over the past 7 or 8 years (Hansborough, the Delk twins, Goodridge, Osby, etc.). Stans has had issues with discipline and I could see where some in-house suspensions would be covered up dealing with 2 big-name starters on his team because he wants to do what he can to save face. I think Bryant is a little more expendable to him, that's why no effort was made to cover him up. </div><div>
</div><div>Like I said, I have seen Moultrie struggle a lot this year moving quickly down the floor. He usually is never the first one ahead of the pack in transition and there have been times where we have had to wait on him and/or Sid to get down the floor. Lewis and Johnson have no issues moving with the rest of the pack and there have been times where Lewis has beaten everyone down the floor. That's why I think there is something legitimate to his knee issues, but what they are saying makes sense, and until someone says otherwise, it has legitimacy. </div><div>
</div><div>

And the team can run off a 4-5 loss season will he pull a Roberts and be an All-American? If memory serves(not a given) there was a lack of quality stars that year which have aided LR. Haven't saw the comparison here but AM is really starting to remind me of Marcus Camby with a better shot.

Thanks for yet againinjecting your stupid ******** into a positive thread about MSU basketball. Frankly I don't give a damn if Moultrie was suspended for banging 5 prositutes AND a ball boyon top of a mountain of blow on top of Stansbury's desk instead of being injured. Makes no damn difference to me because we are winning and we are ranked.

Can you at least cease your freaking Jihad against Stansbury until we lose again? I know this winning streak has been brutal for you.
