How many possible threads can be created about Mount Airy in one year? Lol
AS Many As We Want, But I count 2 and I count 2 threads called Thomasville or Mitchell. Everyone is doing the same thing they are putting Mount Airy down for. Sounds like a bunch of snakes speaking with a forked tongue trying to get their teams riled up against the BEARS because of their record so far. If nothing else the 9 games they were not scored on will go down in the NCHSAA record books as a top record.
How many total points have y’all given up this year?

They must not go to class in MA. Haha. A touchdown and two field goals would be (6+3+3) 12, not 18.

MA played down in 2008 and 2009, winning a state title in 2008 in 1a, their only state title in modern times. In 2009 they became the first western team to lose a 1a title game since the 1a/1aa split in 2001. Swain and Elkin had won the first seven.

I sure wish MT Airy and East Surry would have played. Who would have won? How would that game would have played out? I guess we will never know. I guess Starmount is toughest team MT Airy has played this year. Next week Black Friday will be MT Airy 1st toughest match up. MT Airy is very good and could win the StateTitle. I just want to watch Mount Airy play a tougher opponent. Mitchell or Thomasville? next for MT Airy.

Buzz is fine by me. Good luck going forward to Mt.Airy. They have had a season for the ages. I hope they finish strong down the stretch..Starmount will come to play tomorrow night..but unless they score a defensive td on a MA turnover..i don't see them scoring.
We all know this is fun and games , if it wouldn’t for threads like this , the Mitchell, SMC fans this site would be dead. The old guys are gone from here , old rebel, bluebones, buddy rich and rich from mics are all gone , even Bareman rarely post anymore. It hadn’t quite been the same the last few years . The WRH / Tville / Ablemarle fans all used to be here but are gone. The West Montgomery fans are a distant memory from consolidation. Never thought I would say this but man I miss those EAST SURRY FANS to talk smack to. Thanks to all who still post , talk smack and even still talk football from time to time. This is what makes the 1a board better than the rest but what makes our small town football so special
