Sort of like troll Allen who for example, just attacked me for using factual “ numbers”, yet a few posts above made two huge posts using lots of- you guessed it- numbers! What a moron.
Mess he was left? Sounds like some right wing rewriting of history. Before Brown came in and wrecked things WVU was 4 ots from playing for a BIG 12 CCG and was winning at an 8 wins per year avg. for five years- much better than WVUs historical avg.I would be extremely surprised if we won given where both programs are in their evolution under each staff. Fleck has built Minny into a serious program that is on the upswing again after 2019 while Neal has not gotten any significant traction other than mildly improving the mess he was left from the previous regime with little reason to expect it will get much better in 2022. Unless Minny has a bunch of players planning to sit or mail the game in, it will be theirs to lose
To chicken **** to directly address me with your lies.Sort of like troll Allen who for example, just attacked me for using factual “ numbers”, yet a few posts above made two huge posts using lots of- you guessed it- numbers! What a moron.
5 wins, 6 wins and soon to be 7 wins in year 3 really pisses you off.Mess he was left? Sounds like some right wing rewriting of history. Just admit Brown hasnt been very good- has nothing to do with anyone but himself and his decisions. He hasnt “cleaned up”, he has messed up.

Also Brown could be the most worthless coach and sleazy human being on the planet. But that does not make Holgorsen any better. Holgorsen is Holgorsen and Brown is Brown. Neither affects the other. So no matter what Brown is, it does not make Holgorsen any better. After 8 years at WVU, the writing was on the wall that WVU would never seriously contend for a Big 12 title under his leadership. Sure he could deliver 7-8 wins most seasons with occasional 9-10 wins. But when it comes to fielding a team that could beat the top 3 teams in the league 3 out of 4 times in a season (what it usually takes to win a conference championship with the conference championship game), it was very clear a Holgorsen led WVU wasn't going to clear that hurdle.Right, it was Brown who had Jack Allison and a plethora of other non factors ready to step in the following year. It was a situation so great that DH decided to make a probably unprecedented move to voluntarily take a G5 job than coach them the next year. Brown has had plenty of failures thus far you can rip him for, year 1 is not one of them.

Allison- 4 star receuit with limited playing time. Couple other guys too. Was not worse than Doege. And Brown brought in two Handpicked QBs who couldnt get the job done.Right, it was Brown who had Jack Allison and a plethora of other non factors ready to step in the following year. Yeah 5 wins, 6 wins is so great. Holgorsen won more games than anyone outside Nehlen against the toughest schedules ever faced and a switch to a major conference. Brown is beating fcs schools and Kansas and programs having down years. And barely at that. Also Brown could be the most worthless coach and sleazy human being on the planet. All that to say, it makes some sense to ***** about Brown and even say he might be worse than Holgorsen. However, it is senseless to say that WVU shouldn't have moved on from Holgorsen if winning a Big 12 title is the goal.
lol...you. truly believe that is progress? what's kneel's record against D1 teams...P5 teams or Big12 teams? Here's a clue moron...south of the mediocrity line.5 wins, 6 wins and soon to be 7 wins in year 3 really pisses you off.

There isnt really an NCAA classification called G5- Holgorsen was offered more money, better recruiting possibilities, more ideal location and newer/better facilities along with a fanbase that wanted him. Nothing to do with your fake news story of nothing left— after all he had WVU winning 8 games per year average for five yrs ( better than WVUs historical avg). No one helped him get the players he had during that time. And Brown chased off 20 plus players including starters from what DH left.
Brown had a terrible year one- and two- and three. One of worst starts at WVU since the 1950s through many many coaches

DH didnt play Allison until Greer left.Lol DH gets a pass on Allison because he was a 4 star recruit? What kind of idiotic logic is that. I guess you have to praise Brown for bringing in the failed Austin Kendall, since you know that’s fine if the kid fooled Rivals into giving him stars.
If the goal is to be what we were with DH, then using year 3 as a measuring stick we’re well ahead of schedule as the year 3 record of DH was 4-8 (2-7).
DH didnt play Allison until Greer left.
That doesnt mean Brown shouldnt have developed him. Honestly he lead WVU into the fourth quarter of a bowl neck and neck with a top 15 team with about two weeks practice and very little playing experience. It wasnt DHs job to leave anything anyway - it was and is Browns job to develop and coach and lead WVU to wins and he is failing in that very highly paid job.
we were told by some of you anyone could step in and immediately do better. Now the bs brigade is trying to sell a five to eight year plan to get to 7 wins? An overall average the previous coach was bashed for ( and only had because of one bad season). and the present one hasnt come close to so far three years in?
Holgorsen was terrible sveraging 8 wins for his last five and 7 wins overall die to one losing season, but 5-6 win Brown who is bleeding the roster and losing in droves three years in is great? Huh?
Browns had his opportunity extended inexplicably- just hope there is a major program left when its time for him to move on and end this debacle. Cant be much longer now .
Recruiting ratings don't mean much to me. I have been around long enough to know you find out what you have when it gets here. Jack Allison was fourth on the depth chart at Miami and its not like they have had any good qb's lately. Kendall was a 4 star he didn't show it when he got to Oklahoma/Wvu. Hopefully Nicco turns out to be the real thing but you won't know until it actually comes to fruition.Lol DH gets a pass on Allison because he was a 4 star recruit? You're the one saying progress. Thanks for proving my point that winning pisses you off.lol...you. truly believe that is progress? what's kneel's record against D1 teams...P5 teams or Big12 teams? Here's a clue moron...south of the mediocrity line.

Trying to excuse Brown because Holgorsen didnt reach the BIG I2 CCG is just sad. brown is the coach and its up to him to produce, recruit, retain, etc and he has shiwn little promise of accomplishing any of that.
