OG and ND match up is the only one of interest this week. Ledford and Central get to stomp the lower tier schools and prep for later. All eyes will be on the Battle of the Tracks.
OG has a solid running game, a passing game that is decent but not always reliable, and a nice defense. Will they be able to get it done against a more balanced North offensive attack? This game and the games against Ledford down the road will determine the conference champion. North badly wants to run the table for the second year in a row so they don't have to worry about the weird RPI system. OG is looking to win their first conference title in three years and set themselves up for playoff success, not to mention get the monkey off their back.
Without a doubt the most important game in the season so far... Should be a good one.
