Show me the 5 to 6 wins. I see 2. What teams do you see Lebby beating ?
Absolute ceiling if everything goes right & we get a bit lucky.
sure wins: UTC, ULM
Decent chance (<50%): Auburn, South Carolina
Slim chance: Missouri, Minnesota, Vandy

so maybe 5-6 wins. Probably 3 wins.

Auburn under golesh will not be a bad team they will upgrade at qb , south carolina is not run as poorly as we are. We aren’t beating Auburn and I really doubt South Carolina. I’m seeing two, but if an upset happens, ok three

You’re more sold on Golesh & Beamer than I am. I don’t expect much from either of these teams.

At the end of the day, we need a coach who’s done it before. Put an end to the “up and coming coordinator” thing. Hire a G5 HC who’s making waves and knows how to run a program. Too much time is being wasted with “learning” and “mistakes.” I don’t dislike Lebby, I know he’s not out there actively trying to lose us games, but this is a performance based league.

It’s Jan. 3 on the tail end of the wildest CFB coaching turnover I can remember. Unless there is a commitment in place from a Mullen or someone equal or better he gets another year, and the bulk of the portal player budget has to go toward offensive line and the defensive front 7 and see what he can do with it. Bringing in a glut of WRs needs to be overridden by whoever writes the checks if it comes to that.

If results aren’t significantly better 2/3 of the way through the season, cut him loose and get a head start on finding a new coach.
You can't make me believe if you could get Mullen for 8 mil and keep the staff you wouldn't be able to keep good recruits and win 6-7 games next year.

Discipline is just as bad as it ever was under Moorhead
I must have missed where a starting linebacker and the starting QB got in a fight during bowl practice and one of them still played in the bowl.
