The only no brainer of the bunch to me is 3A where Sumrall will beat Water Valley easily in two games..........

More than a few things have happened there that wouldnt have been tolerated in other places. But no doubt, that joker can coach. I have saw some of his teams that didnt seem to have a guy taller than 5'6 nor weigh more than 120 pepper line drives all over the field, get back on the bus after mercy-ruling a team while the only one that broke a sweat was Gordon.

It is a rematch of last years 5A final in which Madison Central won in 2 (3-2 and 4-2)

Both teams have tons of talent. Madison has a pitcher who has signed with State, another who signed with USM, and an outfielder who signed with Ole Miss who more than likely get drafted in June and go pro. Petal has a young team with only 3 seniors (2 of whom signed with Pearl River CC) Petal also has a Jr. pitcher who is 10-1 on the mound this season, and one of the top Sophomores in the State in Anthony Alford who also is their starting QB in football.

This series could go 3 games and is a toss up in my opinion.
