I don't understand why we continue to run Hines out there. Is Frei that bad defensively at first? Can Sullivan or Stevens or anyone else on the roster not play it? I'm sure Hunter is a great young man, and I wish him all the best in his future endeavors be it baseball or something else. But, for 17 sake it's time to make a permanent change at first.
Time to give Hines the Josh Hatcher treatment and let him come in late in already decided games as a defensive sub
I like Hunter but come on. He is a liability. Seems like every RISP situation finds him and he FAILS.
Y'all know full well what's about to happen in this bottom of the 8th.
Heck of a turn by Reeves at second. I thought they'd only get one based on the throw from Reese being a bit high.

I had to pee as he came up, told the wife double play. It happened mid stream as I watched through the crack in the hinge.
It has become comical how 17'n awful Hines is in clutch situations.

How does Downs sit on the bench while Hines keeps struggling? Downs in the OF and Stallman at first?
Since I couldn't post it for basketball....
Good Friday win. Absolutely inexcusable to have Downs on the bench this game. Put Stevens at 1B and put Downs/Stallman in LF and RF.
