What is the difference in the Premium App and the Free one?

The only thing I gather is that when you upgrade to the premium app, it allows you to access your HailTv subscription if you have one. Is that about right?

Yeah. Pay $2.99 for the upgrade in the App Store, then log into your HailState account once you're in the app. Good stuff.
