The basketball game at Bama where we clinched the outright SEC championship in overtime. That was one of the most thrilling basketball games I ever remember, not to mention it was payback for them beating us in Starkville and was at the height of the Stans-Gottfried rivalry.

Final four 1996, my boss at the time fro Jersey

Had tickets for my wife and I and a place to stay. All I had to do was cash in some miles. I played golf instead #ilikedgolfalotbackthen

All you people saying '96 Final Four, '98 SEC Ch'ip, and '13 CWS.....That's pretty amazing. Amazingly terrible. The games you wish you'd been at the most were all losses. Nice. Only MSU fans.
Man you're unbelievable. Who the 17 are you to question people's regrets? I was at the Cincy win, Final Four, 98 OM win. I was a broke college student for SECCG and all my friends went. I wanted to go so bad. Then of course one of the biggest plays in MSU history was made by a childhood friend, so I'm sorry that I regret not being there it has nothing to do with the loss.

I'd much rather my streak have started with that 23-20 Egg Bowl in 1999 than the South Carolina Backup QB loss in 2000. Plus, we'll never go to Provo again. Missed that chance.
