inability to block is what Lane ran him off for. Kiffin's receivers know how to block and do it well, or they don't play

If the O-line could just block and not get a bunch of false starts and block better it would be fine***
The Missou D line is an attack mode, and we are not handling it at all.

I said that was directed more about our O line than our quarterback. Back-to-back motion penalties, really?
Looks like Mizzou can rush 4, play a shell in the secondary and get coverage sacks all game.
Offenses like ours really need good WR blocking - it makes a ton of difference on the quick passes and we haven't done it well since Mullen left.
Hard to tell if our OL coaching is bad or just the players. I don't think our goal was to have Lewis be starting - he was always going to be a 2-3 year developmental guy that is having to play too early.

What horrendous tackling discipline. The play before the TD, our trailing defender hit the tailback with his shoulder to try to knock him down. Jesus. Wrap him up. I don’t know if I’ve ever seen someone try to shoulder a player while trailing them.
