I have been one to give Lebby the benefit of doubt, but this sequence of 6 QB draws in a row changes my mind. He doesn't have the capacity to be a head coach. And he never will have it.

We just need to give Shapen 20 carries each half so that Selmon understands what Lebby means by ShowTime.
