Jackson Smith could have thrown for 400+. He was locked in. Good to see Donovan back after being out for 4weeks. Defense came to play too. They looked like the Bears we saw early in the year. That drive before the half was a textbook 2 minute drill that really sealed it, if it wasn't already. On to Round 3.
What a difference two players returning after #21 Greene returning after missing 4 week and I think one returned last week. It hurts 1A to lose 2 or 3 players . East would have never beat Mount Airy if they had all their players . I think they (East Surry) had some injured players earlier and had to change their game plan. East will be back in the thick of things next year IMO ...
I believe I saw one last night from one of the East Surry fans . It was one of the three regular posters or it may have been on twitter .
Not much that could be said other than congrats. I believe the congrats you speak of came from the official ES Athletics twitter account (wished MA well in the 3rd Rd).
That was it but I seem to remember a couple Bear fans that said congrats to East Surry , I believe even buzzcoach did. surprised at ESOD saying no congratulations from my corner. Was thinking he was a nicer person. must have him mixed up with another ES fan.

I guess after the stomping you took Friday night you like them even less .
You had that coming for being so disrespectful ! ! I wasn't going to say it but If the 2 players that were back Friday night were playing 2 weeks ago ES would have got the same results as this Friday night.
