The amount of money staying off the table because of the existing staff staying in place is more than what it would take to make this happen with all the buyouts.

We're going to spend a ton buying out a ton of terrible assistant coaches. Why in the world would you not just buy everyone out and start fresh with a new coach (Mullen) and real hope?
