hours in the left field lounge on Saturday. He signed my sons shirt which is being displayed at show and tell to all my son's school mates this morning. These gestures have an impact on kids and word spreads. He took alot of time with folks and shook many hands and posed in a butt load of pictures. He is working his *** off to make his program top notch and folks it is working. I enjoyed the post after the spring game about whiskey vision on our qb situation but I would also add that these eyes haven't seen wide recievers (quantity/quality)at MSU like we will see next year since I have been following the program.

My daughter spotted him at the Softball game before everyone else did and got her cowbell signed, soon thereafter he was mobbed with kids.
He took alot of time with the kids. He signed every autographand took every picture that was requested.
The guy gets "it".

on our way up to club level for the spring game. She was very nice, very gracious. Even said something to the effect of how much better it was here than Florida... It may not be a big deal to some but I thought it was pretty cool.

There were about 10 of us at a trailer in center field crammed around a table eating crawfish, sausage, potatoes, and corn. Someone walked up right beside me and said "Get after um!" Not one of us even looked up. I honestly barely heard it, even though it was clearly said right beside me.

About 30 seconds later my girlfriend walked up and said "What did Dan Mullen just say to you!?!" I told her she should lay off the crack cocaine. She pointed over at the trailer next to us and, sure enough, Mullen was there smiling and taking pitchers.

We all jokes that it was probably the first time in years he's said something and absolutely no one gave a **** about it.

He showed up to the fraternity house while we were having a crawfish cook out. He said he just wanted to encourage us all to make the trip to the game. This was maybe an hour and a half before "kick off" and still took time for pictures and handshakes.

He is exactly what we need here.
