May have been posted, but....
wasn't Dooley the Corch when MSU lost at Ruston a few years back? Seems like that might be an incentive for THIS MSU team to play at a high level to beat a Dooley coached UT. Just a thought. May not mean squat to this group of MSU players.

Marcus Green and Arceto Clark are the only players left from that team, not including a few who redshirted in 2008 like Tobias Smith and possibly a couple other RS SRs, but it could definitely be direct motivation for those few.
That game had a silver lining for us and Dooley. He got the opportunity at Tenn because of the abililty to beat an SEC team. This was also a catalyst for getting Mullen to State. This lose took away any momentum Croom had built up from the liberty bowl and was the first of a season full of horrific performances.
