Yes.. had like 302 yrds passing.. 70 yrd td wiped out because of penalty, another 40 or 50 yrd pass wiped out, penalty..MV had 10 penalties, all seem to wipe out big plays and put them in bad situations
Maybe a little home cooking? Looking at box score mv just can't run. Qb is to slow to break anything on outside so defenses are just keying in on rb.
Jf had 4 penalties, 2 of those were on the PATs. Some were legit, but some were not. It is what it is, i guess.. they did have a hard time running. 2nd half opening they were running good with scales, but he rarely seen the field on offense after that drive. That field was slick so they might just have been cautious with him. He went down hard one time and took a few seconds to get back up.
I don't think there were many doubts about the penalties. One TD was called back because he was 3 yards past the line of scrimmage when he threw the ball.
