I figured out why the $93 in adjusted charges were made. It was from last month, then I had to pay my current bill before this month was over, so it was basically two months bills into one. However, I was able to get them to remove the other $100 in installation charges. I was pretty polite, but assertive when the lady only offered a $50 rebate, but after I explained to her a few times to let me speak to a superior, they finally waived all installation fees.<div>
</div><div>The guy on the phone said they would waive them when I ordered service because it took them two weeks to get out here. And it was a nightmare the day of installation just to confirm my damn appointment, only to find out they had to come at a differ time.</div><div>
</div><div>Anyway, Comcast did waive the charges I thought should be waived, and they handled it well, so I guess I had a positive Comcast customer service experience.</div><div>
