I read an article about base jumpers. Those guys are hopelessly addicted, like heroin addicts. About half of them die practicing their sport.

E:60 did a segment on a basejumping/wingsuit guy whose goal is to jump from a plane with only a wingsuit (no 'chute) and land safely.

Unfortunately, I can't find a link to the segment, but I remember it containing some of the most ridiculous shots I've ever seen.
