Others have talked about how they kept getting our players names wrong but this one really burned me up:
Because our coaches have made great adjustments to our pitching rotation this year, due to having the best bullpen in college ball, and typically only have starters that go 3, 4 maybe 5 innings - they somehow morphed that into that we *have* to have this pitching strategy because we can't recruit better pitchers. We apparently are unable, due to our poor recruiting, to land a pitcher that can go more than 3 innings effectively. We can't get that pitcher that can "save something for later" and go through the batting order more than once.
Man, I sure wish we could recruit. I mean, think about it. If we could just figure out how to get a really good pitcher to commit to us, you know, one that can go more than 3 innings, we might actually get a pitcher into the major leagues one day - one that might actually start a game in the majors. Oh well, we can dream about it anyway.....
