Not because of Cam Newton, but more because I would really love to see James Carmon do that.</p>

I don't know if physics would allow for that, at least the flying part for a guy Carmon's size. Maybe a rolling spear tackle.

If James Carmon was physically able to do that, it would be pretty damn cool. He looks about 400 pounds from recent pictures I've seen, so it would be pretty impressive if he was physically able to spear Cam Newton. I think Carmon just catching Newton would be a feat in and of itself.

and it got overblown. Ronny may have it archived, but I'm pretty sure all I said was that I hope it's an ACL and that it couldn't happen to a better person or something along those lines.

I didn't really think it was an ACL and didn't know it was a serious injury at the time of the post because I saw him walking off under his own power. So in effect, all I did was wish the injury on him, which is similar. Difference is, fate had it that he actually had the injury I wished on him.

It was a dick thing for me to say, and it came out of similar bitterness.

I promise you I won't say **** if the guy has a season ending injury. I wouldn't wish that on anyone. Basically, I hope he blows some snot bubbles the Saturday we play him.

win something when you're NOT on probation for once and then you'll have room to talk. You support literally the dirtiest program in college football in terms of recruiting allegations/ probations/ improprieties. Look it up, jackass.

I think we lost on this one due to the arms race that is going on over there. Auburn is absoulutely obsessed with keeping up with bama no matter what it takes. This circumstance led to us loosing Newton. I think we simply got out bid which is always going to be a problem for us. The kid was basically 100% MSU three weeks ago and in a matter of no time that changes, things like that happen for good reasons. Don't get me wrong we play the game too just like everyone but our resources are limited. I am not upset about loosing Newton because I am concerned about the disruption he might bring to the team based on he and his fathers personality, (Hansboro). We have some great potential at QB and I am confident Dan can develop it which is something I haven't felt in a very long time, if ever.

But I'd love to see us give him the treatment DeMon Glanton gave Jimmy Johns.

Your explanation somehow made it seem even more dickish.

Yea, I can be a dick sometimes.

Still, wishing an injury on someone is wishing an injury on someone, whether it's Jimmy Johns, Robert Elliott, or Cam Newton.

It's just interesting to watch the double standard when the shoe is on the other foot.
