and said that Jeff Howie was one hell of a pickup for State. Kid is 6' 3-4", 330 lbs and is unmovable. Tennessee and Auburn were damn serious about him mid year, but the kid broke his wrist and missed the last 4-5 games of the season and kinda slid under the radar. My son said Jeff was as good as any other DL in JUCO in the state including Carmon and the two guys from EMCC that transferred to Bama. FWIW
