I have two 12 oz. bottles of Tabasco sauce, one in the bar the other in the kitchen. Both were purchased at the same time, but the one in the kitchen is separating while the other shows signs of separating, but not at nearly the pace of the one in the kitchen.
For example, if I shake up the bottle in the kitchen, signs of separation begin in an hour or so. A good shake with the other bottle will last a couple days.
Is there anything wrong with the stuff? BTW, I don't refrigerate Tabasco.
