i like how um and clemson did the club levels above the end zones. and this most likely will be part of our design, too. it would be nice if we could keep the ability to add a new sky deck above the new club level for future expansion. i like how the stadium opens to campus and the junction on the south end, and maybe we can keep that uniqueness.</p>

That is all I would change too, but besides that, I think it looks good.

...I would be in favor of bowling in the North endzone. I'd, for sure, have a club level there, with chairbacks in front of them. If you bowl in the endzone, we needs some "high rent" district seating.

With more room on the home team's sidelines than the Visitors.

/or maybe it's just the angle of the picture.

Although I thought Texas was. They're not.

Anyway, look at this.

Yuck. All that dead space behind the endzone awful. Maybe that's where Bevo grazes and *****.

the exact height as the East and West grandstands. Then make that the entire student section. Club seating can come later. If they renovate the West side, as most suspect will be the next step, more club seating/skyboxes may come from that renovation.

Adding these Ole Miss and Clemson looking end zones would not do our stadium justice.

I imagine you could build just a basic structure to match the east and west. Then easily come back and make a state of the art facility under, above, and around it. See Bama's endzones before and after.

Another thing, we could do. When adding that basic structure to the northendzone, is expand section A and W. Those sections are only half the size of the other stadium sections. There is plenty of room there to extend those sections.

That's where the money is. That's the part the Byrne keeps harping on. We have a huge demand for more club and box seating at significantly more per seat, but nothing to offer. Methinks a donation level increase is on club, chairback, and section C, D, and E is on it's way in the next two years.

Also, the staff seating needs to be moved upstairs. Give the staff extra BC points and free seats if they want to sit outside the staff section, but we gain nothing from having the staff sitting together in premium seats.

You have to pay the 1,000 dollar a year per seat fee to have access to them. I think when the renovation takes places, you will see it become more like the east side, with glass area with food, etc, and even possibly sections (or part of them) C, D, and E being considered club level.

It's easier access to the goal posts for students. I'm sure that Dumpy would agree with you as well.

Godzillatron (sp?) in this model? I highly doubt this is anything more than a homemade model some UT fan put together. However the current DKR is extremely impressive.

steeper than Davis Wade's. I hope they have a catch fence at the bottom of the decks that catch the drunks that loose their footing.

that model was done for the university at the same time the north endzone was renovated and expanded.

Look at this thread if you want more details

Here are some more concept drawings

As far as godzillatron...well they are Texas, they will just toss it..they an afford it. When this was asked before,
the answer was by the time this expansion is done there will be some new tehnology anyways....or they will put two boards in the sides..like at bama.

make the bottom like they have at Dallas Cowboy's Stadium and put some high dollar luxury boxes at field level and then start the stands above that.
