I agree. He could be a head coach at a lower level. Or a position coach in D1, maybe.

I just think he's completely overmatched in the Big Ten. To be fair, the Big Ten East has some brilliant coaching staffs. And it is this reason that I think RU has to quit farting around with middle tier coaching and hire a coaching staff that can match Xs and Os with the best. Which is going to cost about 10M in my estimation.
