He looked incredible against a guy that lost to JV Gabe Arnold and Issac Dean last year .. outside of that all star match all of Ryder college matches against NQ level guys have been exactly the same. Low scoring 1 takedown matches struggling to score

Pretty much. Though recall that Ryder won the Southern Scuffle in January 2025. That run included a 9-2 win over DJ Parker of Oklahoma, the same guy that Conner Mirasola just beat on Friday by a score of 12-3, and a fall over TJ Stewart of VaTech.

But, yeah, Ryder went 1-3 at National Dual, scoring 2 points in each match. Two losses were to ranked guys (Ferrari, Alred); his other matches (a 2-4 loss and a 2-1) were against guys I never heard of.

Facundo also went 1-3, including getting decked by Singleton of NC State. Also didn't score more than 2 points in a match, though I don't know the score when Facundo got pinned.

#2 Nebraska’s last two duals were 33-3 and 33-6 losses. Maybe Manning should worry more about his own team showing up than mouthing off about Cael and Penn State.

I've worked at some high-level athletic events doing first aid, we really don't like coaches around us. I was first to assist a young lady who was injured during a jujutsu tournament. Her coach wanted to her to get up and walk it off.

She had a sudden flash of pain down both her arms and legs and I wouldn't let anyone touch her until the paramedics put her on the board to take her out.

She ended up ok but you can't take a chance. A coach like Cael knows to let medical handle it.
