I guess I'm rooting for the Heat because I have never been a Spurs fan......

But there is no fan base more undeserving of a "World" Championship than Miami fans. That mass exodus with a minute or two remaining the other night was an embarrassment and almost makes me wish they would lose. And the way Pop has been acting towards the media is awesome.

I like Pop but I can not stand Manu and Tim Duncan. I hate them more than any team in the world. I also root for Lebron because he gets so much hatred from everybody that I hope he shuts them up

I can see not liking the Spurs, but you have to respect the hell out of them

And I used to not like Duncan, but it is hard to not like his game. Dude is a bad ***

I do respect Them for what they've done, but Like civil said above, I HATE Manu Ginobili. I don't see how in the 17 a Spurs fan can honestly say **** about Lebron James flopping after watching the career of Manu Ginobili. He is like an Argentinian soccer player out there acting like he's been hit by a sniper every time he gets near anybody. I started hating him back when Rip and the Pistons were facing them in the Finals, and I haven't stopped since.

Oh I respect them for sure. If Manu was on a different team I would probably like them but that guy should play soccer with all the flopping and acting he does. Yes I know everyone does it now but he's the one that started all that fake falling down and stuff

I feel much the same.

Used to like them much, much less. Now that their run is coming to a close though, I have to admit I'm gonna miss how they played together.

That little flopper was a lights out player in his prime though. He needs to be sat down this game, though.

17 the Heat.

Can't stand those guys, period.

Spurs have always been my #2 team, even more so since I moved to Austin but I would pull for anyone against the Heat after their "we're building a Dream Team" ******** when they were all free agents went down, coupled by the media blowjob they get on a constant basis.

The Heat will probably win this series. They are one of the most talented teams ever to hit the floor... but they still aren't a great team as far as I am concerned.

And don't play that "He flops worse than our guy ever did" card. All of the current NBA players play the flop, walking ******** card. I can't even watch this **** till the playoffs.

Being a Grizzlies fan, I can hardly complain about floppers when they have Tony Allen. And Bosh is king flop these days.

I don't like Manu. In fact I hate him. LeBron gets a lot of **** for flopping but Manu invented the flop.

Tim Duncan is the definition of class. Only makes $9 mil a year so that the team can afford to keep Parker and Manu. No endorsements. Just does his thing.

I want the Heat to win because I like LeBron. I'm not a Heat fan and I don't care about their fans. It's the same reason I root for the Patriots when the Saints aren't in it. Tom Brady is one of the top 3 greatest QB's of all time... why not enjoy getting to watch a legend even my kids will know of? Patriots fans suck *** though. Irrelevant, but I see your point. Their fans suck.

If you're not watching this game and appreciating it, you're not a sports fan. One of the greatest finals EVER.

Are you 17ing nuts? 17 no they're not the most talented team and it's not even close! MJ, Magic, or Bird never had a team this bad. Never. Please justify that.

ETA: Just read where you said you don't watch the NBA except for the playoffs. Let me fill you in: Wade, Bosh, and Allen aren't that great. Bosh is good. Not great. Wade used to be good. Allen used to be good. Chris Anderson wouldn't log those type of minutes for any other top 15 team. Neither would Haslam, Mike Miller, or Chalmers. Battier might be the worst best 6th man in the league.

everyone's talking about LeBron winning his second title...what about that Wade guy...he's kind of at 3 and LeBron hasn't won any titles without him.

Bosh has the same number as Queen James. I think the difference is everyone expects him to end up with more than DW or CB

Bingo, for most of it. I think you're being a little hard on Battier, but as a general rule, I agree....the talent for the Heat is overrated. Wade has been average at best for much of the playoffs. Bosh is soft. James is dominant when he uses his body to get to the rim. He was hitting threes last night, but he's an overrated jump shooter. The Heat lose this series without Mike Miller and Shane Battier, and those aren't necessarily guys that the Heat wanted to rely on.

The Heat big three are no Magic-Kareem-Worthy. Or Jordan-Pippen-Rodman. Or Bird-Parrish-McHale.

And Wade has none without Shaq and LeBron, two of the top 10 players of all time. Take Wade off the Heat and they probably still win 50-55 games. Take LeBron off the Heat and they would be lucky to be .500.

Also, Manu is definitely a major flopper but Wade is the worst I have ever seen. He did seem to tone it down a bit after LeBron got fined in the playoffs for flopping.

I love Battier. I guess my language didn't really make so much sense but of all the good 6th men, he's the worst. I wouldn't want to be guarded by him. He's one of the best defensive G/F's in the league. When he's on he can be lights out behind the 3 too........................ but he's not a guy you rely on to win a game 7 and he DEFINITELY came up big for the Heat after logging a DNP in game 6.

This team is 1 superstar and a lot of role players and nothing better than just that.
