So, they basically set it up where one player slept on a couch at another player's apartment so they could be there for completely legal summer workouts. The most egregious totaled $417 one summer. And that's estimated benefit by the NCAA, not actual money given to the player.

the ncaa lets oregon pay 25k, or whatever it was for video, and then put sanctions on a small school for something trivial.The ncaa pres needs to do one of those question sessions in front of congress. I would love to see them rip him a new one.
