It looks like the key changes are:
No longer any restrictions on the number of phone calls, texts, emails or social media messages that can be sent to a recruit.
No restriction on the amount or type of printed materials such as posters, recruiting books, etc. that can be sent.
No restriction on the number of coaches that can be recruiting off-campus at the same time.
