I agree with the players having a salary cap, but the payments will now be directed to their legal guardians instead of being paid directly to the athlete. Oh wait, nevermind.

a year or two of probation is coming...I dont think they hire Kiffen if they weren't going to get sanctions- that would have been the only thing to keep some bigger names away
