Hey twink, are you gonna be ok? I could share what I look at if you want, and it isn’t cbs there hot shot. It’s apparent you have had your precious feels hurt. Can I buy you a drink at the dance? Or are you too poor to attend? Do you live every day with this kind of pathetic anger?

I just hope it is not Cal Baptist. My girlfriends cousin coaches on that team. I do not want to have to hold any emotion in against our opponents in this tournament

How is this an angry post? . CBS projects us to play Hofstra as a 4 seed . That is the only projection I have seen with that .

ESPN has us against BYU 2nd round. I would be okay with that, even though we played them in the preseason....because Richie Saunders is now out for the season with a torn ACL. CBS has us playing St John's 2nd round. I would not like that. They have won 16 of their last 17 games, and Pitino is a hell of a coach.

Predict a win in the first round and out in the second round. At least will get a win.

This team doesn’t seem quite as special with how they finished the season. After the 20-0 start, they lost to every tourney team they faced except for maybe Iowa at home in OT. I still expect they will finally get their first tournament win. But I am afraid they will be one and done. No sweet 16. There’s also a reasonable chance they don’t even get that first win.

I saw Cal Baptist play in Boulder back in December. They're pretty good, and well-coached.

I think Wright State, Tennessee State, or Cal Baptist would be the most favorable matchups for us.

Troy would scare me. Hofstra and Hawaii would make me nervous as well. North Dakota State might also be tough. It seems like they always have talented players that get poached in the transfer portal by bigger name programs.

No one knows anything about those teams. With the exception of a wager on those teams here and there, no one follows them.

They only time you need to "worry" about those teams is if they have some freaky speed guard or if they play some kind of weird defense.

I’m a gambling degenerate. I’m familiar with almost everyone. Just about every team has cost me money😂. I’d love to get Wright state. They’re a better than average team in a bad mid conference that have a few shooters but aren’t athletic. Not impressed with them. What you don’t want is a team like Furman. They are quick, athletic and they have a very good athletic big man. I also wouldn’t have any problem getting Hawaii. You can push those guys around. They do have a 7 footer, but he’s just ok.

I have 2 Hawaii sports upsets/near upsets stuck in my memory - both from 1982. First was the Huskers-Hawaii football game. The Huskers, led by Gill, Rozier and Fryer trailed the entire game and were down 16-7 after 3 quarters before rattling off 30 straight in Q4. The 2nd was Chaminade, which I think was a NAIA school at the time, beating #1 ranked Virginia and Ralph Sampson on the islands in a holiday b-ball tournament.

Fran must be on meds, because his team just got hosed and he stayed calm.

Yale threw up a brick as the shot clock expired, Penn got the rebound and could have pushed it up the court, and instead the refs decided to stop play for 10 minutes.

We need to get TJ Power in the transfer portal for next year. We can sell him on being the next Pryce Sandfort and show him how much he has improved since not being coached by Fran.

That was 10 years ago though and it is the only time they have ever won a game. It is not like they have some history of knocking teams off.

Lunardi just dropped us to a 4-seed, playing NDSU in OKC. With KU as the 5th seed. Honestly, would not be the worst draw for us. KU has not played well outside of Allen Fieldhouse this year.

Kansas gets a 4 seed and going to San Diego.

Michigan State getting a 3 seed probably not a good sign, we'll probably be a 4 now
