I've heard Izzo make reference to his team getting tired late in games a few times this season

MSU getting calls in the 2nd half and that was a flagrant 1 - FTs could be the difference as MSU shoots 75%. Fun game to watch.

St. Mary's player looks like a disc injury, either herniated or ruptured.

Couple of interesting stats: 19-23 FTs for MSU to 9-14 FTs for Marquette and 11-27 treys for Marquette vs. only 2-16 treys for MSU. Guard play was the difference, as Hoggard and Walker scored 36 between them and shut down Kolek almost completely forcing him into 6 TOs against only 5 assists and he only scored 7.

Have my own reason(s), but, if you ever got to talk to Izzo you might really like him. Congrats Coach, and enjoy that NY slice of pizza by MSG!

He’s a hall of fame coach many times over haha and people who have probably accomplished nothing of note knocking. Lol. Peeps gonna be peeps
No one is knocking him . He’s had some great wind and he’s also had some and losses. It’s ok to realize both . Obviously, way more great wins than bad losses

UCONN is really deep - nine solid players. Hate to say it but they could win it all. - again. How do they do it?
