Based on the comments on the last rankings, this could be an interesting thread.

I doubt many, if any, would disagree with the top 2. The rest of the top 25 is just a jumbled up inaccurate mess. Just my opinion tho.

Some people don't like Max Preps ranking, or at least don't like the idea of the NCHSAA using Max Preps rankings to decide playoff seeding. Some people don't like NCSHAA rankings.

Instead of the NCHSAA using MaxPreps, why don’t they just work out something where they use a poll created by the people from NCPreps and Carolina Preps?

I feel like that would be way more accurate.

Well CP doesn't provide a rating for each team that shows how/why they are ranked where they are . And pretty sure the rankings are done by one person.

My two teams have ruined tja's playoff chances in the past. Alleghany in 2014...and Cherokee Last Year....with that said I actually think this year they got a good shot...only if murphy goes big. Murphy is taking home trophy this year. TJA isnt used to being punched in the mouth...not physical enough...with that said their qb is legit and if he doesnt get injured like he did in last game last season I think he could carry the team on his back like Mintz did for cherokee last year. Im rooting for tja if they make it further than my squads. Tja built a program the right way...not by just recruiting every tom, dick, and harry like MIC and other schools.

TJ seems to be somewhat similar to last year's Cherokee team though Mintz is on a different level (and I doubt Thomas Jefferson has as big or as physical of a line as Cherokee did) but as Murphy proved with Cherokee last year, they will usually take you behind the woodshed if you are overly reliant on one player.
