If Shelby, Lincolnton and Reidsville all stay in the West 2 little "A" there will be some fantastic playoff games in Nov. Holy cow is that bracket loaded!

Some how we(Lincolnton) always get the crazy straw out of this....cause of the conferences ...our seed tends to put us on the road with our then one loss to East Lincoln but hopefully this year that all will change....I hope and pray for some home field advantage cause in all years past we've had to go to Reidsville and to Shelby....

To be very honest sending Reidsville East wouldn't be a bad thing. Three of the best teams wouldn't cannibalize one another and set up some great match ups on the east bracket.

I would agree simply because we never know how we'll fall until the last minute...Shelby is at least 20 kids below us and I think Reidsville is too... Last few years we've made little 2a by less than 5 kids.....

We've played them in the west the last three all up there if I'm not mistaken...thats when Shelby's threepeat first started ...we lost that year 13-10 and Shelby went up there and beat them like a drum like 56-0...and we've advanced past them the last two.....

Lost to Kinston on a final play hail mary pass. Regional finals.

I was thinking Heritage would move up further too with handing Erwin the way they did. I believe this team is like the 09 team was in the sense that they both flew under the radar for most of the season.

Surprised to see Reidsville over Lincolnton/Monroe. Especially L'town, with their win over South Point.

Honestly I would have Lincolnton ahead of us after that win over South Point.....we don't really play anyone until next week vs Northside Jax and the week after vs 4A Hoggard

If Clinton beats 4A Hoggard then most likely the first 4 will remain that way until the playoffs.

Shelby played Reidsville (both times AT Reidsville) in both 2013 and 2014 Western bracket. In 2013 Shelby won 49-3 and in 2014 Shelby won 17-7. In 2015 Shelby played Lincolnton instead of Reidsville, and narrowly beat Lincolnton 37-21. In my opinion Lincolnton is the best team that Shelby faced in the playoffs last season.
