Need a little help from DS, or anyone else who can check - I think I've been Yuku'd

There seems to be something wrong with the work-around board - forums.sixpackspeak.com - that I use during the day at work. It doesn't seem to be updating - the most recent post is dated July 9 and the next one closest is from July 7.

Any ideas on why it's not updating or how it can be fixed? I can't be expected to actually work during the day, so any help is appreciated.

since Yuku changed servers but I don't know which IP address to use. Hopefully they will give me an answer soon.

several days old. If you try to log in, the phone gets caught in a "loop" that keeps refreshing but never completes the sign in process. I went to the main page of Sixpackspeak and made a new link and it seems to be working now.
