Need to clarify a misrepresentation on HRC's emails

Hillary sent 55,000 emails to the State department. She and her staff reviewed her emails and decided which to send to State. She has asked State to release those emails. The emails she retained are not part of this deal and we have no idea how many emails were not turned over.

Correction: She sent 55,000 pages of e-mails. I'm sure some threads were way more than one page. But also, her response to the request was those 55,000 pages represented all the e-mails she had.

That is absolutely incorrect. They were released after the Clinton team reviewed them and decided which ones to release and which ones to retain. It's not hard to verify these facts.

Of course Clinton and her staff reviewed them first. Emails about Chelsea's wedding and Bill's speaking engagements aren't State Department business, so they weren't included. But keep looking for something nefarious.

its not her choice which emails the public see and which ones they dont. She accepted a public office and she chose not to use the official email. If that is her work email address it is public information.

You drink her bath water but most folks are going to be cynical of the notion that they will just turn over email that might hurt her politically. everyone i know has a personal email address aside from their work email. That is a horrible excuse.

What a ridiculous argument. Turn them over to the IG to insure complete compliance with the law. Clinton doesn't get to decide.
