Another little FYI about Russell and Mississippi: He played minor league ball with Corey Dickerson. Corey plays for the Rockies and is from Mccomb/Brookhaven and played at Meridian and was committed to State. They were pretty good friends and I was told that Wilson confided in him about his decision to switch sports.
