I'm a havelock fan but turn overs killed New Bern they could have actually went up 24-0 if they could have converted on stopping havelock early
We're here every week.
We showed up in the first quarter like last week but mental mistakes took over. We had over 10 penalties mixed in with 6 turnovers and struggled starting mid-way through the 2nd quarter. Played two really good teams which I think will make us better moving forward. Go Bears!

Heard it was precautionary but you never know in these instances. Hoping he gets some rest and comes back strong next year.
Football is a game. People's health is much more important. Hope coach gets well soon.
Coach Love is the new interim, he's been with the school for several years, I know he was there when I was in school in 02.

38-8 was the final but I don't understand why New Bern kept trying to play power ball and run instead of passing they had 9 rushing yards in the first half and like 80 some passing yards passing was working for them they need to go with a more balanced play style and keep the defense guessing they pretty much ran ran pass the whole game
Yeah well I'm glad we got the win but good luck to the Bears rest of the season I'll be going for you just not against my hometown
ct147 runs to the bathroom every morning and gets winded doing that, I would give those shoes to the OC in case the ct147 gang starts chasing him with their walkers.These might help when you RUN him out of town .... They are even New Bern colors.

Just found out the game will be played tomorrow night. Hate that. I'll be in Carter Finley.
We're not losing our home opener. This isn't the same crowd that gave up the big lead last year. We've played on the road against two of the better teams in the state, ready to play some ball in front of our home crowd and make this a season. Go Bears!
